Kevin DeNardi, CEO
As a third-generation real estate developer and CEO, Kevin DeNardi has an extensive amount of history and experience in developing properties. He has developed over 500+ units and over 25 projects valuing over $500+ million dollars, in the past 15 years, and he is the CEO of DeNardi Homes. Based in the Bay Area, DeNardi Homes specializes in entitlement and consulting services for real estate land development. Since its founding, the company has successfully entitled and delivered over 40 residential and mixed-use projects across the region. The firm specializes in maximizing property value through targeted development, joint ventures, capital fundraising, land development and zoning strategies. A key component of their business model involves adding substantial value through the entitlement process without assuming construction risk, often exiting by selling projects at the shovel-ready stage, in addition to providing feasibility studies of properties.
Mark Elfving, Development Director
Mark Elfving is a commercial real estate developer with nearly a decade of experience delivering large-scale projects. Over the course of his career, he has developed approximately 2,500 multifamily units and 80,000 square feet of commercial space, representing a total project value approaching $800 million.
Mark holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he concentrated on real estate and development management. Prior to his career in real estate, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army's 1st Cavalry Division, completing two deployments to Iraq.
He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University, where he was a Division I rower.
Michelle Sheene, Operations & Office Manager
Michelle Sheene leverages cross-industry experience in administration and project management. Her background includes driving operational success in the education, healthcare, and real estate sectors, alongside specialized expertise in grant research, writing and analyses. Michelle holds a dual BAS degree in Biological Sciences and Classics with honors from Stanford University, along with an MS degree in Health Services Research (Health Policy) from Stanford.
