Project Overview
This infill redevelopment combined four underutilized parcels in downtown Los Altos into a unified 0.63-acre site. The proposal replaced four existing structures with a 4-story, 50-unit multifamily building over two levels of underground parking, taking advantage of the State Density Bonus Law (DBL) and SB 330 streamlining provisions.
